yeah the chinese variants have no esim hardware as apparently they only allow esim support in China for IOT devices. If you have a global device with ESIM support and you install xiaomi.eu ROM based on china, you can use the fix to use esim on china rom

if you have open bootloader, you can install magisk and use something called cn2global It will add all languages that come in a global ROM. Sadly i cant 100% guarantee it will work since the last version is from HyperOS 1 based on Android 14 while the Xiaomi 15 Pro is HyperOS 2 Android 15.

Cant you just go on the official Xiaomi page and go on forget password? Try all the e-mail addresses you got, maybe per chance it will be one of them. Dont remember if adding an email-address was mandatory but the option is there to reset it.
