    As far as I can see there is no ROM here with this name: xiaomi.eu_multi_SHENNONG_OS1.0.24.5.27.DEV_abd92e2b7a_os1-14.zp The correct ROM is called: xiaomi.eu_SHENNONG_OS1.0.24.5.27.DEV_14.zip

    Are you using the custom ROM from this site? "TLDEUXM 1.0.1.0" is official Xiaomi ROM.
