According to the SYNC screen, it is sync as of now. However, my XIAOMI contacts are not in sync with Google Contacts. Any help?

I have enabled both the google and xiaomi contacts. For some contacts, i have the latest in the Google acount, and some are updated in the XIAOMI accounts :P . How to sync these two accounts. Once sync'd, I can move away from Google contacts :D Need advise...
