Mount it - you probably didn't enable read-write mode or mounted it read-only.

    Quick app Stopped working

Not sure if you already disabled it but here's something for you: by Igor Eisberg: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-10-0-10-1-10-2-stable-release.47170/page-79#post-476548 We do not include Quick apps in our ROMs anymore. You can get rid of it with TWRP's File Manager for now by...

    Stable version Update

Since there's still no official announcement about the Mido EOL status from Xiaomi I expect that they will still release ROMs. I tried, used and tested hell a lot of MIUI based and non-MIUI custom ROMs but I have to tell you that the performance vs. the battery life and the appearance of the...

Any news on this? Were you able to solve this issue and disable authorization for those system apps?

    Stable version Update

No, I am not italian - but thank you for asking. I agree with what they told you, apparently updating to the latest recovery and using the latest firmware is a good general advice anyway. Not sure what is the actual ROM (and firmware) you are using now but updating to the latest TWRP (or custom...

    Stable version Update

Not sure what you saw or read, but honestly the only thing you need (beside the ROM and Magisk, I always root my devices..) is the correct GApps zip package fitting your needs. The list of the packages and what are included in each package is available [here]. If your needs are in between two...

    Stable version Update

Not a bad decision, tho, if you don't like or use the Xiaomi specific apps and/or services (Mi cloud..) then it's a good choice. If I were you I would try out at least AOSP Extended (AEX), crDroid, Syberia, ViperOS and Pixel Experience as well (just look around in a fresh ROM.. check their extra...

    Stable version Update

Noone knows, it has never been announced in advance.. Stable ROMs by Xiaomi are used to be released in every 2..3 months. Then the Xiaomi.EU team should do their magic and release their ROM.

MIUI 10 MIUI 10 STABLE RELEASE

Try to go to the compass app and calibrate it - not joking - and try to set your clock to not to use cell network clock (so set it manually as precise as you can, use ClockSync from Google Play, with or without root) -> these helped me a lot on tons of other phones.

Anyone with the following problem? Settings -> Authorisation and revoke -> try to disable any on the list -> wait 10 sec and tap yes -> error message: "Couldn't revoke authorisation" No matter which one I try to revoke, no matter how many times I restart and wipe cache and/or Dalvik/ART cache...

    Slow system during charging

Check the temperature readings (Kernel Adiutor / EX Kernel Manager) and the CPU max. when charging - probably the kernel is throttling the SoC because of heat. Probably you don't even realise it when it's in your palm, that's why I suggest to check the actual readings because the background...

    Quick app Stopped working

See? This is why I told you to just disable it: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-10-0-10-1-10-2-stable-release.47170/page-75#post-475402 "Quick apps will no longer be included in our ROMs. We couldn't find any use for it outside of China anyway."

    Quick app Stopped working

I experienced this one, but I cleared it's cache and data, then restarted to recovery and re-flashes the zip and it was okay. But.. I am 100% sure you don't use it (it's the chinese equivalent of Google Instant apps) so it's totally safe to just disable it..

[SOLVED] End of weekly release for HMNote4X??

Yes, a little bit it is. And yes, probably not better than others. But which manufacturer offers you weekly updates - if there's any? Or which manufacturer updates their 2 yo devices nowadays? Almost none. At least the Xiaomi.EU stable is really stable - even after 2 years.. That's enough for me...
