Noone knows, it has never been announced in advance.. Stable ROMs by Xiaomi are used to be released in every 2..3 months. Then the Xiaomi.EU team should do their magic and release their ROM.

I experienced this one, but I cleared it's cache and data, then restarted to recovery and re-flashes the zip and it was okay. But.. I am 100% sure you don't use it (it's the chinese equivalent of Google Instant apps) so it's totally safe to just disable it..
