I have Mi Mix 2 256Gb Imported from China and I have got the same output as you mentioned above. Interestingly I have relocked bootloader and working fine on latest MIUI 10 global version.

You are not first to do that, there are tons of threads about that specific topic. But short, you will need: EDL mode + mi flash tool+ China ROM + authorization from Xiaomi. You can start ask for authorization on MIUI forum or write directly to Xiaomi. There are possiblity to pay for...

If you want to switch to official MIUI 10 developer make sure your bootloader is unlocked. "Fastboot oem device-info" or simply look if "unlocked" is showing when phone rebooting, or check it in developer option if it's OEM unlocked. Then you can use Mi flash tool to upgrade BUT make 100% sure...

MIUI global Russian is not fake and since it's installed than the bootloader is unlocked. You can flash any official or custom room you want jus follow the instructions and don't try to relock bootloader.

You are not alone believe me and there are tons of threads about that problem both here and on MIUI forum. Looks only solution is EDL mode and you will be asked for authorization to flash device. Pretty simple :-) if you get authorization from Xiaomi.
