New [Mi8 - 8.9.13] Problem with launcher displaying

The problem appears after update to version 8.9.13 on Mi8 and factory reset. I use Nova Laucher. Then I open any application and then open the launcher I see it but below I see the MIUI launcher as image. If I open the launcher again it works correct. As you can seen on attached screenshot there...
