Difficulty synchronizing

Good morning Masters! I recently purchased a Mi 9 Lite and I'm having trouble synchronizing (just about everything) in real time. I often have to sync manually. When the screen is locked, it is more difficult to synchronize. Then unlock and start synchronizing .... I have MIUI Global 11.0.1...
