Problem with Notifications - No function while Phone is in Standby - Lockscreen

I have a problem with my whatsapp and home assistant notifications, while the phone is not active for a while, in standby and lockscreen. As soon as I pick up the phone or unlock the lockscreen, the notification pops up. I was previously on MIUI 14 and now switched to HyperOS 2, but no change...
