New Can't install MiMover after factory reset

Hello. I discovered an annoying issue on Cupid (Xiaomi 12) with OS3.0.3.0.VLCCNXM. After doing a system restore it is unable to install the MiMover application to copy the setting from an existing device, this was working on OS3.0.2.0.VLCCNXM, but unfortunately the server is not showing this...
