So as the title says, global stock roms on Xiaomi have this issue where the AOD turns itself in the dark (even if it's set to always), as Xiaomi says to "save battery". But xiaomi.eu has a toggle to prevent that if the user wants, I'm not sure if it's your mod or if it exists in the CN firmware...
