xiaomi 14 ultra Fastboot loop

I have xiaomi 14 ultra (Chines version) I downloaded the HyperOs Global Rom and when flashed this Rom I choose Clean All and Lock. After the flash complete the phone restart and and then it showed that "This MIUI version can't be installed on this device", I choose wipe data, then reboot. Now...
