[REQ] modding MiuiHome.apk

Allways i Mod the MiuiHome.apk and flash it on my Phone (HTC One Miui v5) via Recovery and restart the Phone i can't see any changes on my Launcher. I copy the MiuiHome.apk after the flash on my PC and recompile it and the changes are gone and the MiuiHome.apk is like the Original and not like...
