Android 12 Update bug!!! Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G 13.0.10.0(RKCEUX)

I bought my phone last summer and it has got two OTA updates. Now it has version 13.0.10.0(RKCEUX). For some reason it's not possible to install latest Android 12 ROM 13.0.3.0(SKCEUXM). Updater doesn't find any OTA and manual update via updater or MiFlash Pro gives error "Can’t verify update...
