It's their choice, but changing it in the system instead of in atmel-maxtouch.kl (like they did in the Mi-Pad) leaves no option to the user. Looks like they changed the menu function in the system, not just the key mapping. They really should add some option to access to menu, because there are many apps that don't include the 3 dots menu in their interface.
