How to down load Google play on HM Note 1W

I have recently bought a HM Note 1w . In the beggining i was able to use the google play to down load some apps but recently when i log in the Google play , it request me a password to redeem gift etc .. SO i uninstalled the Google play ,Can somebody help me how to re-instal the google play and...
