Bug - Dual-mic noise suppression in version miui-23.0

I just got MI3 on 14 Aug and updated MIUI version from 16 to MIUI-KXDMIBF 23.0. When I'm putting my phone sound to Dual-mic noise suppression the receiver is not able to hear my voice but I can hear their voice clearly. Is it a hardware problem or it can be fixed in other MIUI releases. Though...
