I dont know where Cyano can be downloaded...sorry. You can take a look by decices forum on en.miui.com or miui.es If your phone is RedMiNote 4g dual sim it comes with Miui6 installed... I dont use gapps so I have china ROM installed in mine... If you need gapps and you want a light official...- hellforo
