I have the exact same problem. My guess is that problems started after some overheating. Now I also have a small yellow staing on the side of the display. I'm running CM 12 by the way.

Is the bluetooth bug confirmed? I tested it on my car: audio streaming worked fine, but making a call didn't. Such a shame.

I'm afraid we mean different things. The dialer handles the contacts, browsing through calls etc but once you launch a call or when you receive it it's still the system app that takes over. And that is the one that lags. For example when I answer a call usually I have to wait a couple of seconds...

I'm afraid it will be only a partial solution since the calls are always handled by the same system app, right?

Tried that, nothing changed. I confirm the phone app is considerably slower than anything else on the system. Any solution?
