Okay So How Do I Install The Eu Rom?

I got confused on installing TWRP, ANYONE who can tell me how to install TWRP? I am on MI5, MIUI8 6.6.16 Beta, already unlock bootloader. I want to install the UK Rom. Thanks.

Anybody knows how to change the Chinese developed system to UK system? I just got a new MI5, but it seems locked. I went to unlock website, but the application for unlocking is now available. I have already updated the system to the latest developed Chinese system. I don't have Play Store in...
