Thanks for the clear replies! In that case, I can stop trying and next time I'll pay more attention to the bands that are supporterd, before buying a phone... :-)

I have the same problem in Belgium; we also use band 20 (800 Mhz) for 4G and 2100 Mhz for 3G. You can find a number of threads on xda-developers on how to add additional bands. I have tried this but it doesn't really seem to be working for band 20. (I also have the HM 2014813 version)...
