Redmi Note 4g - Mobile Data Issue

Hello, I have a problem with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. Mobile Data are always on even if I turn off the toggle. Please help me. My network provider is charging me a lot so it is vital to fix this bug. My miui version is 5.6.11
