Redmi5 miui 10 global 10.1.2.0 When in 2nd space my phone returns to 1st space when unlocking the screen. Not how it should be, right?

My redmi 5 with stock rom 10.1.2.0 global sometimes lags/freezes. Touchscreen doen not respond. Pressing the on/off button twice, then unlock with code solves it. Does this sound familiair?
