Hi, Just flash via TWRP and wipe cache/dalvik. If it relocks the bootloader, you can simply unlock it again.

Just try with cache/dalvik, it should work perfectly. If not, than do full wipe :)

@ingbrzy Just updated my Redmi Note 3 Pro and everything seems working. For the first time fingerprint is not working, but as just someone already told, you have to re-add. Fingerprint is working really fast now!! :) There is no reason to be afraid of updating to 6.0. Thank you !
