Till yet I get the camera error ones on my 12pro . Maybe deleting data helps. If i get the error again i also will try deleting data of the camera app.

I think only if you make an factory reset. Reflashing does not bring back the system app. Why do you not try the adb command on pc ? It's the simplest way

The lags seem to be the animated OS-Widgets like clock and weather Widgets. Without that,my phone runs better and smoother. But i'm not realy sure thats the only reason. I also think google fotos and the galery app are also a problem of this.

This update from 1.0 to 2.0 is horrible on my 12pro. It's often lagging. I also tried it with an full wipe and clean new installation, ( without reinstalling backup ) but it's not better and my phone gets often hot. On battery, i see that the "android system" needs much battery, its always on...
