how come? its shows me ~6 giga free from 12.5 . Where is the rest up to 16?

Strange Issues With My Redmi Note 2

Hey guys. I have updatet my phone from Miui 6 to MIUI 7, developer version 5.9.18. After that, my phone shows me only 12.5 Giga of internal memory instead of 16. Another issue, fom time to time 2g signal are lost. Some advices, please? Regards, Robert
