Ok ... that seems different. In my case, twrp asked for an encryption key for data partition. And when i entered my "system pin", that i set up during installation of the device (for fingerprint / display pattern), data partition was encrypted and i could install the updates. Greetz

I had the same problem but the solution is damn easy at least in my case. If you have set up a pin code, for example before you set up your finger print oder display pattern, that's also the encryption key for twrp. It worked in my case. Hope this will solve your problem. Greetz
