You can try to flash official developer rom first via flashing tool by using this link http://en.miui.com/a-234.html After this, you should be able to flash recovery again and then flash global rom. And then next time better do a backup in twrp, if you have any troubles like this then you can...

You better not should wipe all the things. Only Dalvik, Cache and Data. If you wipe system, you have to recover the phone completely.

I just unlocked my Bootloader after getting the SMS today. The unlock tool Comes to 100% and everything looked fine. Then I flashed the recovery but can not enter it. Someone got the same Problem? How can i check if the bootloader is really unlocked? BTW SMS got around 2 weeks to arrive Update...
