    Proper Way To Install Eu Stable Rom

    Hello! What is the proper way of changing from stable Chinese ROM to stable EU ROM? Should I first install TWRP zip via Updater app or Fastboot mode, then install the EU ROM? Is it necessary to root the phone before installing the EU ROM? Thank you for your help!
