I've tried to flash TWRP via Fastboot, but every time I reboot my phone in recovery mode, I have the stock recovery. Is "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" the right command or am I wrong? (recovery.img is obviously the img of the TWRP).

So, does root permission work if I flash MM on my Mi3? Or do I have to install SuperSU? I've already tried to install SuperSU some time ago, but then my Security app wasn't working well and I had to flash everything via fastboot.
