I received response from the seller. He says that they installed multi language ROM in my phone in his market. He will send me a link when I received goods. That is all. ( I think, probably it is some developer rom for CN market...)

I will ask seller for that, If he would be mood to give me answer or link, I will post here... I don't know is that official cn multirom or customized by him.

I have not it. I bought today from that seller phone and talking about ROM, he said me that multi language ROM is already available. I told him to install that.
