Yeah, you also have to unlock it. My experience under xiaomi.eu on my Redmi Note 3 were about mostly sudden app crashes or installing issues.

Why do you need to unlock it? I wouldn't recommend to use Xiaomi.eu roms. Wait until multirom releases their first version, a whole different level of quality.
