Okay, this worked for me on the Chinese dev rom.

I too had issues, this is how I solved it: 1. extract the imagefile 2. rename the file to recovery.img 3. copy recovery.img to a destination where you have your fastboot binary 4. put phone in fastbootmode ( voldown + power) 5. connect phone to computer 6. open a command promt at a location...
