I did a reboot to recovery after installing it threw old twrp to check if i has been installed correctly, but still i got a hard brick after flashing the rom

I just installed the latest twrp 3.0.2.3 on my MI5 (64GB) then rebooted to recovery, did a factory reset and then flashed the rom ... now the device won't turn on in any possible way

I downloaded the reuploaded MiPad2 Rom and installed it - google-playstore works perfect for me now. Everything is installing without any problem.

I've got the same problem, apps are starting to download but when it finishes downloading i get a notification which says that the app couldn't be downloaded (i think error message was 963), but it keeps on trying installing without success. I've tried to remove and re-add my google account...
