Thanks. Dirty flash. No problems. Anyone having troubles with slow download from play store and slow data connection. To fix playstore download. Go to APPs. Search Downloads... Select Downloads. Clear Data. And then Search play store Clear data. Restart phone.. Fixed my slow download issues...

No problems here. You can do Forget Network. And re connect to WiFi again usually solve the problem. Also in additional WiFi settings disable WLAN assistant. See it makes any difference.

Maybe it's app specific problem. I don't use Waze. Google maps is working fine for me

It depends what you mean by stock rom. Miui comes in three flavours. Chinese, Global and Developer Rom And then further more based on above there are custom ROMs where the EU ROM is one the them and this forum is about EU Rom. You can download latest stable global rom from here...
