    Yes, I've resolved this issue. The problem was in a new version of TWRP. A new stable rom updated TWRP and Good For Enterprise detects this updated TWRP as rooted device. So, I made full wipe, installed an old version of TWRP and updated with a stable rom without this new TWRP (7.1.4.0).
