Hi All I have acquired a redmi note 3 I think it is MTK MIUI 7.0 | Stable 7.0.19.0.0 (LHNCNCJ) so this is china ROM and I don't get any updates. Can I install a Global ROM with MIUI 8 ?

what ROM version are you on. I am on 7.2.3.0(LHOMIDA) and my battery is lasting me 3 to 4 days without charging which I think is just amazing.

Just to clarify, you CAN install official XIAOMI.EU without unlocking even if you had fake ROM from supplier !
