No, I just checked, I haven't frozen any apps. I tried to remove cache and dalvik with twrp, didn't help either. When I flashed hennessy 6.5.5 again, the issue was gone. But then Google Play wouldn't start, so I installed GApps (pico) with twrp and now the issue is back again...

Same here (Xiaomi Note 3 MTK): Settings -> Additional settings don't work. I first get a blank screen, then error message :-( Does anyone have any brilliant ideas?
