    Connect your phone with computer install latest drivers from xiaomi or auto install with miflash. Then download latest fastboot and adb from xda. Boot your phone in fastboot. Open cmd in adb folder and insert fastboot code.

    Install Twrp from fastboot. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img Then boot to twrp. fastboot boot twrp.img Only then install your ROM.

    Google type: xiaomi forum install twrp or Rename TWRP.zip to update.zip copy to root / on internal storage. Start updater app, -> click ... in the right top corner, -> choose update package (update.zip).
