Yes, you can. But you have to format data partition and then reinstall previous version of the ROM. I did it and the device seems stable for now

Same issue on mi note 10, After selecting the contact to call, on the phone appese the two SIM to use for calling bit they are disabled with the no signal message displayed for borg Sims. Using the Xiaomi dialer, All Is working fine

I believe to have executed the steps in the first page, the only thing i didn't is to install Magisk. now I did it again flashing MI 11.0.13.0(PFDEUXM) ROM (still without Magisk) and device is restarted but seems to be stucked in the start Android screen. I'll wait to see what happens... Thanks

Done FORMAT data. Device asked to reboot, now there is a white screen with a double C logo by Xiaomi below and in the bottom Powered by Android with 3 dots lighting one by one from some minutes. I'm wait to see what happens... Thanks again...
