    The same is happening to me as well. I've tried many ROM's and all have this issue. I think it's somehow connected to wifi. If you disable your wifi the wakelocks drop in numbers but there could be another issue as well. I've not yet found any solution.

    I have 3.0.2.0 TWRP on my Mi3 and i can read internal memory fine. Make sure your storage is set as "Internal Storage" not "USB-OTG".
