    MIUI 12.0 20.4.30 - First MIUI 12

It's not the same for everyone, several people also told you this. It depends on the device, i guess (mine is Dipper, no luck either). There is no way to have access to app behaviour or change permissions to "all the time", no matter how many times I (or others) clear app data or even reinstall...

    MIUI 12.0 20.4.30 - First MIUI 12

Unfortunately, for me all options in app behaviour are greyed out. For all apps, not just whatsapp. Mi8 with latest (and first) miui 12

    MIUI 11.2 9.12.26/27

After update, some apps lost permissions and granting them is impossible, as the setting don't stick. Only thing that helps is uninstall and reinstall the app, but for some it is very complicated to fix (family link for instance, sometimes needs to clean install to be set correctly, a very time...

    MIUI 11.1 9.12.5/6

Same for me, I noticed yesterday. Everytime I ordered Uber car, it started to lock screen and turn on and off the screen. Only reboot solves it. Weird

Mi8 Dipper, still cannot get rid of Bluetooth bug that was reported several times from different android 10 devices. Clean installled twice and thought I nailed it, but the goddamned bug appeared again this morning after resuming from automatic flight mode. I think this is a bad kernel module...

    MIUI 11.1 9.10.17

I did not wait for you answer and went ahead with clean install. At least Bluetooth bug is solved now, as well as notch thing. Still some apps need to be reinstalled from scratch and after all is set up I will see what gives.

    MIUI 11.1 9.10.17

I can confirm the bugs on my mi8, the most annoying is the Bluetooth bug. There is another annoying bug, that prevent apps access to notifications after each reboot. So android auto or Garmin connect or whatever cannot access notifications, it has to be disabled and re-enabled after each...

Any reason not to use china server?

one of them is that not everything works on china server. for instance, my roborock only works on european/usa/india/malaysia etc server, but not on china server. since i also have devices that work on china only, awkward solution is to use "dual apps" facility in xiaomi phone and have two...

    9.6.13

If you are not using your phone you will get an error that you did not use your phone long enough and it will not unlock bootloader. So my advice is to use it normally for a week, it's no biggie...

What's the point of hiding notch when notifications are hidden behind the clock just as before? Such a monumental stupidity from China MIUI team, unbelievable...

    360 hours to unlock bootloader?

No, this is not true. I got permission to unlock a couple of years ago. I since then unlocked another phone on this account, maybe a year ago, no waiting time. But today I updated to Mi8 and despite having permission to unlock phone, I still have to wait 360 hours. So there is no guarantee that...
