    Ok, thanks. But whats then the advantage of using the china.dev based rom? Because of OTA? But when you use OTA, all the added-ons will be lost anyway?

    One question @Papka__ : I'm now using xiaomi.eu with TWRP. When I flash your xiaomi.eu-version including the optimizations,init.d... , do I still have TWRP or is my recovery reseted to the original xiaomi? and when TWRP is preserved, what happens if i install a new xiaomi.eu-version from this...

    Sometimes I had the same error like you with 'FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))'. Restarting the pad in fastboot mode and several times connecting and disconnecting the USB solved the problem for me. I don't know what the reason/problem was but it seemed to be a occasionally occurring...

    I had the same problem when switching from win to android (Instruction, How To Fix Google Market Error 963 Part 1 Post#69). Solved it by installing the xiaomi global rom (MIUI7-V5.12.24-Global_5.1) and afterwards the xiaomi.eu rom via twrp.

    Do you use the latest rom version of xiaomi eu with manually installed google play store or one of the older ones with the play store preinstalled?

    I suppose it's because that the userdata may be for the 16 GB device and not for the 64 GB version. I solved the problem now by installing the xiaomi global rom (MIUI7-V5.12.24-Global_5.1) instead of the native android and afterwards the xiaomi.eu via twrp. now playstore is still running fine...

    Thank you papka, for your solution. Both methods worked for me for the google play store (one with native android, one with only userdata). The only problem is, that when I flash either native android or just userdata and later the xiaomi eu image my device has only about 9 GB free storage left...
