Install Miui 8
I think u need flash one stable firmware 6.0 by Miflash,after that install TWRP 3.0(if rom not have),download the new Miui 8 u want and go to Update app in your phone to flash this file.I remenber that error when i on miui china,so i change to stabe global rom by Miflash and i can flash Multi...- thanhquan2906

Install Miui 8
Before i have problem same u,after that i don't use TWRP to flash my file.I only use Update in my phone,choose update package and wait to reboot...i think u can try to update Miui 8.that my way to update anything if i have problem- thanhquan2906
