Hi Everytime I receive a call there's a voice announcing " you are receiving a call from. ..." How can I disable this function ??

Hi all I have updated my xiaomi redmi 3 Pro, with last version available 8.0.2.0 LAIMIDG. According to the information posted in this site, this rom was supposed to have pt /pt language.,however I can only see pt/br. Can someone please confirm if pt /pt is available or not???

I know that, but trying to do that I get my 2nd problem. When I go to settings , about phone, update, ... , choose update package and select the pre-downloaded China rom it gives me always the same message: After a few seconds of .... getting info...."can't verify update" I'm stuck at this...
