Hi my mi4c download speed on play store and on chrome stuck to 900 kbs on big files. But on smaller files i have 5 mbs. Pls fix that or help me to fixe it

When i try to download on play store or chrome the file with more than 30 mb are just so slow to download. My speed just keep a 900 kbs . But on smaler files im at 5mbs. Pls help me.
