    I just tried again, when I press Vol Up + Power the device stays on the MI logo forever. I am able to go to fastboot using Vol Down + Power. Edit: Whoa after a long while it finally displayed the TWRP interface!

    When I do Volume Up + power the backlight lights up for a split second then the device shutdowns. Edit: I think that my device is out of battery, I will test when it is charged.
