Its only problem with Android 10 as twrp is not yet supported. Please reconsider support for Android 9 meanwhile. This is a popular device, mtk is not the problem.

Did you create backup before flashing weekly BETA update? If so, just flash stable and recover your SMS. If not, stop crying.

HMNote3Pro Mi Note 3 is different model So only flash xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote3Pro_8.3.22_v9-6.0.zip Backup and clean flash, latest weekly is great on my Kenzo.
