I have set video recording to 720p (HD) and SD, but i cannot find any way to enable slow motion. I remember I did it in the past. Where is it this feature?

I have acquired a Redmi 3 Pro recently and I have tried to connect a dvb-t dongle (chip r820t2) but kernel has not support for this.
Is there a plan to add it?
