This is Simply to solve.. go in setting and give the right to access at the permission to see sms and call log to mi Cloud app..

I flashed new weekly and set the Sync off of mi account.. drain problem gone. So, or Sync mi account or rom .. i Will test the Sync.. i Will let you know

They didn't relise the global dev before because of problem with the compass. I imagine that they didn't really solve the issue...

I know how to solve: You have simply to give access to the right at the app "mi cloud" to see sms and phone! (Go in setting, permission, mi cloud app, and give the right). I know.. It's stupid that xiaomi app need the right to work, but.. That is. I hope you will solve the issue :)
