It is a EUROPEAN-based ROM, where there are three network types, one for 2G (GSM), one for 3G (UMTS) and one for 4G (LTE & LTE-A). Any thing else is not used in Europe.

You need to format the partition in TWRP (option requires acknowledgement by typing "yes") to remove the encryption before flashing .eu ROM.

It is not a case of bullying, there are rules in place to stop flooding the forum with unanswerable questions, such as "why is xxx rom delayed". The .eu ROM is prepared as soon as the base ROM from China is released - the dev's from xiaomi.eu are no more informed than anybody on this forum, so...

If it is the thread about Band 20 on Mi5, I can confirm that it was abandoned due to hardware - the components support B20, but the printed circuit board does not have tracks and pads for the required pins.

In post #501, the original poster gave some clues as to the file to be edited to update the NTP Server names - if you feel it is something within your capabilities and are prepared to try updating for your local servers, that would be the only thing I could suggest. Research the topic...

As I understand it, you are in South America - as highlighted on the previous page (#501 & #518), the ROM has been optimised for EU GPS and NTP Servers, so that is one clear problem that you will face.

Did you do FORMAT from TWRP, (where you have to answer "YES")? If you have the problem from three releases ago, and other users are clearly not seeing the same issue, it is time for a backup of what you want to keep, and a complete cleanout to sort out your device.
